Delivery & Return

We only ship nicotine-free products and products not under TPD regulations to countries outside of Sweden! Please note that if you place order for nicotine containing products or devices under TPD regulations, we will cancel the order and refund the payment!

Within Sweden the normal delivery time is 1-3 days. During busy times, the delivery time can be up to a week. Keep in mind that … Your merchandise is a maximum of 14 days in the service point. If the goods have not been retrieved before the time runs out, you will have to pay shipping again. If your order was shipped and returned to us, you will have to pay the full shipping fee, according to DHL and PostNord

Age limit
We apply an 18-year age limit when purchasing all our products. This also applies to products that are not under rules for tobacco laws, such as batteries, cotton, shortfills. We reserve the right to contact the police in case of suspicion of extortion to minors, as this is illegal according to Swedish law from 1 July 2017.

Delay in delivery

We deliver as soon as possible. Orders placed before 13:30 are shipped the same day.

Shipping and delivery

We always try to deliver your goods as cheaply as possible. The goods are delivered by DHL and PostNord within Sweden and DHL and UPS within Europe. For countries outside Europe, please contact us before placing an order.

Fixed shipping price 59 SEK. (Fully Tracked) with DHL Service Point.
Fixed shipping price 39kr with PostNord Varubrev 1a klass (Tracked)

Backordered goods

If an item is temporarily out, we ask  you to order it again at a later date. Unfortunately we don’t have system for backorders at this point in time.

Substitute goods

We reserve the right to make product changes and enhancements. Would any of the goods you ordered be out of stock, we ordinarily do not send anything as a substitution without asking you to approve. In the cases where we deliver an equivalent replacement, you of course have the right to send it back to us for a refund.


According to Konsumentköplagen (Consumer Purchases) or when the manufacturer/importer has extended terms. For the warranty to be valid, the products shall be handled in the manner prescribed and can be regarded as normal for the product. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our customer service on the phone or email. Receipt or other documents which can prove that the product is purchased and paid is your warranty certificate. Always save your receipt and original package during the warranty period.

Return policy operates under Konsumentköpslagen (Consumer Purchases) and Distansavtalslagen (Distance Contracts). This means that you, the customer, have right to return any purchases within 14 days, without specific reason. Goods should be returned in substantially unaltered state and must be returned in its original packaging. reserves the right to charge the customer if something is missing, such as instructions for use or packagins material. Returns sent with cash on delivery ignored. Please feel free to contact us in case of any doubts. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a refund is made within a few days, but not later than within 30 days.

Return of goods

ALWAYS contact via email [email protected] to get a Return-form.

The customer is responsible for the transport back to RA Elixir Vape. Pack the goods well so they don’t break.

Letters are not insured, use Postpaket Kundretur (Customer Return)

Attach a receipt copy and a filled out Return-form in your package.

Save the receipt from the post office in case the shipment gets lost during transit.

Add your bank details to get the money back as soon as possible

Complaints and returns apoperates under Konsumentköpslagen (Consumer Purchases) and Distansavtalslagen (Distance Contacts) regarding complaints and returns. Therefore, we replace faulty or defective products at no additional cost. Remember not to accept packages with visible defects when you recive them. Damage should be reported directly to the driver, or other personnel when you recive your package. Hidden defects should be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving the goods.

If you discover that a package is damaged when you pick it up at the post office, you should report this directly to the personnel. If you discover transport damage when you come home and open the packaging, you should return to the record with the goods to fill in a damage form at the postoffice. Bring the whole shipment including packaging back to fill in a damage form. The post office will help you with this.


Always contact before you send anything to us.

Leave the goods at our shop or by mailing it to us.

Always attach a receipt copy on the goods concerned (receipt or other proof of purchase).

Describe the defect in the product.

Do not send electronic products that doesn’t have the latest software installed as this is not covered by the warranty.

You are responsible for shipment back to us, therefore we urge you to pack the goods carefully so they don’t break.

Enter the return address, otherwise there is a risk that the product will be sent back to RA Elixir.

Attach a receipt copy, and detailed error description of the product. Receipt copy, or anything that shows that the goods is purchased from RA Elixir is required for warranty claims.

-Save the submission receipt from the post office in case the shipment should be lost along the way.

Service Matters


We give no warranty on broken corks, etc. If it has been broken in transport you shall notify personnel at the post office or delivery person at once.


All boxes, manuals, etc. must be returned for the right to exchange to a new product. Pack the product well in return.


Make sure that you have tested the product as per instructions, we will charge you for all costs if you have not used/installed the product correctly.

Make sure that the correct software is installed on the product.

Describe the error or the item might be returned to you.

Send the product directly to the supplier/manufacturer in accordance with technical support.


Always contact RA Elixir Vape before you send anything to us.

Keep in mind that you must pay for shipping charges if the case concerns handling errors, i.e. non-complaint. If you send by Postnord letter the goods will be sent uninsured.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed goods are charged with all shipping costs of atleast 250kr plus fees for special delivery-options. In the event of unpaid fees we use a debt collection service of our choise. No exceptions are made. In addition, the customer is blocked and new order cannot be made until all fees are paid.


In the event of any dispute is policy to comply with the decision of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (Consumer Complaints Board) in Sweden.
